My name is Missi Elliott, and I am absolutely thrilled to become your 2011 Livermore Rodeo Queen! Don't miss this once a year opportunity to come see why they call it “The World's Fastest Rodeo!” Save the dates of June 11th and 12th and bring your family down to see cowboys and cowgirls compete in one of the world's oldest, most exciting sports! I'm 23 years old and live in Oakdale, California. I have the most rewarding job! I work for Shellie Horn, which allows me to combine my love for horses and children. I currently attend Modesto Junior College pursuing a degree in Business Administration. Since the age of three, I have been competing in the world most exciting sport, rodeo, and love it more and more each day! Rain or shine I competed in junior and high school rodeo with my best friend, Breezy. These days she is retired and spends her time as a pretty pasture ornament standing in knee-deep green grass. I now ride Custer, an 8 year old paint gelding that I have come to love. He'll be carrying me throughout this year, rodeo to rodeo. Growing up with horses, you learn that horses never lie, they become your closest friends, and never let you down.
